1	Development learning plan	Clear definition of system, tasks and processes to be trained and certified.
2	Clone	Generate clone of software application in close cooperation with end customer and key system users
3	Development training	Certivator application system clone into interactive training
4	Pilot	Training testing and certification of limited number of pilot users
5	Evaluation & sign-off	Pilot and customer feedback will be integrated in training prior to customer sign-off and go live
6	Implementation	Training will be launched and made available to entire end user population Periodic reporting of progress and results to customer
7	Maintenance	New users will be trained and certified on an ongoing basis Certivator will maintain training and manuals full up to date
